Returns & Exchanges
Los Angeles Apparel offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as bodysuits and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange order will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
